These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets and participation in the event organised by the Seller named below.

2. Definitions
- Service - the website used for ticket purchases.
- Buyer - the person purchasing a ticket.
- Event - the series "Carats & Supercars" / Marbella Experience (M&M GOLD × GT Race - Forum Marbella).
- Ticket - an electronic document granting participation rights (QR code).
3. Ticket Purchase & Payment
- Purchase is completed via the form on the Service and a redirect to the payment gateway.
- Price: Experience package €195 gross or full package with yacht €695 gross per person (Puerto Banús Luxury Yacht Sunset Experience - full programme; VAT 8%, payable in EUR).
- Maximum 2 tickets per person. Places are limited.
- Payments are processed by an electronic payment provider (Stripe).
- After payment, the Buyer receives an email with an invoice and tickets (QR code).
4. VAT Invoice
- The Seller issues a VAT invoice itemising the net amount, 8% VAT and gross amount.
- The invoice is delivered electronically (PDF) to the email address provided at purchase.
5. Ticket Delivery
- The ticket (QR code) is delivered exclusively by email.
- The QR code must be presented at the entrance (phone or printout accepted).
6. Participation Rules
- Participants are required to follow the instructions of the organiser and venue staff.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to persons violating order or safety rules.
7. Complaints
- Complaints regarding payment and ticket delivery may be submitted to: events@mmgold.pl.
- Complaints are handled promptly, within no more than 14 days.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to services related to entertainment events where a specific date or period of service has been specified in the contract. Tickets are non-refundable after purchase, unless the event is cancelled.
9. Event Changes / Cancellation
- The organiser may make non-material changes to the programme, venue or schedule.
- In the event of cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded via the original payment method.
10. Liability
The organiser is liable within the limits provided by law. The organiser bears no responsibility for events caused by force majeure or actions of third parties beyond the organiser's control.
11. Final Provisions
- Polish law applies to matters not covered by these terms.
- These terms are effective from the date of publication on the Service and may be updated.
12. Newsletter
- The Buyer may consent to receiving the Newsletter and other marketing communications from the Organiser during the ticket purchase process.
- The Newsletter may contain information about current and upcoming events, special offers, promotions and other marketing activities of the Organiser, and, where separate consent is given, information about offers from the Organiser's business partners.
- Consent to the Newsletter is voluntary and is not a condition of ticket purchase.
- The Buyer may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email footer or by contacting the Organiser.
13. Vouchers
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- A maximum of two vouchers may be combined in a single transaction.
